1. QUESTION

What is the actual problem at hand? What does “success” actually look like to you? What we try to do at this stage is really understand the core motivations for fulfilling your needs, so that we have a firm basis for strategizing and planning out in our solution.

2. STUDY

At this stage, we do our homework and really learn about your industry, the competitors, and gauge the real measurement of a substantial ROI.

3. STRATEGIZE

Some battles are fought with an army, others may involve a naval fleet, etc. Not all fights require the same approach, and we embrace this fact. Our team is an amazing group of hardworking individuals, and we know you may need one, some, or all of our workforce. At this point in the process, we’ve assigned a point of contact for you, and set up the project management tools we use to organize the project.

4. SKETCH

This is when we internally put wireframes, sketches and concepts together and collaborate to ensure that we’re moving in the right direction. Back to the drawing board!

5. PRESENT

At this point, we’ll show you what we’re working on to ensure that we’re preparing meets (or exceeds) your expectations. Tweaking, improving, and guidance is key at this stage, during which we ensure that you’re kept in the loop.

6. REVISE

It can either mean polishing a raw idea, or totally starting over, we’ll do what it takes to ensure you’re getting exactly what you expect from us.

7. BUILD

This is where all the boring stuff happens (well, it may be boring to you, but it’s a joy for us.) We build code, debug, and move your project through the right content creators at this stage.

8. LAUNCH

Your amazing project is final launched. Sometimes we have to make minor tweaks or last-minute edits, but at this stage, the bun is ready to exit the oven.

9. HANDOFF

Our baby is finally ready to walk about, but unlike parenting in real life, we’ll give you an instruction manual to handle this critter if needed. You’re ready to reach your goals and totally kill. At this point, you’ve seen what we can do for you, and additional projects are more than welcomed.
